The J.P. Morgan Asset Management Premiership Rugby 7s Series kicks off again for the third season on Friday 13th July at The Stoop, Twickenham.

The innovative tournament, which involves all 12 Premiership Rugby clubs, offers a fantastic platform for some of the country’s finest young athletes to be exposed to the excitement, pressures and skills required to compete at an elite level.

The 12 Premiership Rugby clubs are divided into three groups for the tournament, with the winner and runner up of each regional event going through to the Final. There are six games each evening, with each match consisting of two 7 minute halves with a 2 minute break at half time.

Group A, played at The Stoop Twickenham on Friday 13th July, sees Harlequins 7s, London Irish 7s, London Wasps 7s and Saracens 7s playing for a place in the final

Group B, played Friday, 20th July at Edgeley Park, Stockport contains Leicester Tigers 7s, London Welsh 7s, Northampton Saints and Sale Sharks 7s.

Group C, Thursday, 26th July at Kingsholm Gloucester contains Bath Rugby, Exeter Chiefs, Gloucester Rugby and Worcester Warriors

The final, to be played on Friday 3rd August at The Recreation Ground sees the top 2 seeds from each of the Pools battle to be the 2012 champions.
